A series of wine and food pairing evenings, each with a theme from around the world! A wonderful evening and a fabulous occasion to enjoy food, wine and great company, and perhaps expand your wine knowledge a little. Nick has selected the most stunning wines from all over Spain including a Single Barrel made especially for us by the esteemed Valduero Winery.  This is a unique opportunity for you to taste this prized vintage obtained from Club La Tendada, the world's most exclusive wine club whose members include 3 Nobel Prize Winners, 18 Michelin Stars, Cristiano Ronaldo and of course, our very own Nick Bolton.

For this leg of the journey, we are joined by guest speaker Francis Flavin, director at Davy's Wine Merchants and one of the most respected people on the London wine scene. Davy's Wine Merchants is a 5th-generation family-owned merchant that is known as one of the best and oldest fine wine importers in the U.K.
