We source locally wherever possible, working with seasonal produce, heritage breeds, high-welfare meats and sustainably sourced seafood. We value producers who approach farming and food with care, transparency and respect for the environment.
Five trees for every wedding
For every wedding we cater, we plant five trees through our partnership with JUST ONE Tree.
Because while a wedding begins a new chapter, we want it to leave something lasting too. A celebration that keeps growing!
Restoring more than just forests
JUST ONE Tree supports carefully selected reforestation projects around the world. Native trees are planted and cared for in areas affected by deforestation, helping to restore ecosystems and biodiversity.
These projects also provide training, employment and sustainable incomes for local communities.
