As early as possible, particularly for peak summer dates. Many couples book their caterer once their venue and date are confirmed to secure availability.
Yes. We are a recommended caterer at a number of venues across Sussex and Kent and regularly work at many others.
Absolutely. Menus can be adapted to suit your preferences, style of day and any dietary requirements.
Yes we offer complimentary tastings for all weddings with over 50 guests. For Vine & Dine Lite couples this is at one of our group tatsing days. For Vine & Dine Signature it is an individual bespoke tasting of the dishes you have chosen for your day.
We cater for all dietary requirements and allergies. We ask for final details in advance so everything can be planned carefully. There plate of food is given the same level of care and attention as every other guest.
We require a £3000 deposit to secure your date.
All cutlery, crockery, glassware, white linen napkins and tablecloths are included in the price. Upgrades are available - we would be happy to guide you on this.
A 12" round wooden cake log and 9" silver cake knife is available free of charge.
We have built up a great working relationship with some incredible wedding suppliers and will happily pass on their details.
